Almost 50 thousand copies sold and about $1 million in sales - that was the achievement of Maneater on Steam in the first month of release

According to GameSensor’s estimation, the role-playing game Maneater from Tripwire Interactive studio sold almost 50 thousand copies in the first month of release on Steam. Sales of the game for the same time on the platform amounted to about $1 million.

Maneater received positive reviews from Steam players and its rating on the platform was 4 stars out of 5. Critics on the aggregator website Metacritic gave the PC version of the game 70 points out of 100 possible. Players on the same site rated the novelty at 6.5 points out of 10. Among the main drawbacks of the game, they noted the following: moderate graphics, repetitive quests, and poor controls.

The developer and publisher of the game is Tripwire Interactive studio. The most successful project of the developer on Steam in terms of sales is Killing Floor 2.
